Welcome to Shortee, a streaming platform for microdramas, serialized shorts, and cinematic stories designed for mobile and web. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shortee website, app, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Shortee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country) to use Shortee. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that all information you provide to Shortee is accurate and complete.
Shortee provides ad-supported and tokenized streaming for entertainment purposes. You may access the Service only for personal, non-commercial viewing. You agree not to:
Shortee may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Creating a Shortee account enables you to save favorites, leave ratings, and access personalized recommendations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Shortee is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your actions.
Shortee does not host user-uploaded videos. All content is professionally curated or licensed. If you leave a review or rating, you grant Shortee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that feedback for marketing and service improvement. You agree not to post unlawful or defamatory material.
All videos, artwork, text, code, and branding ("Content") are owned or licensed by Shortee, Inc. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view Content for personal use. Content availability may vary by territory and is subject to change without notice.
Shortee offers digital goods and premium access tiers through Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system.
All transactions are processed securely by Apple. Shortee, Inc. does not store or have access to your credit card or financial billing information.
Shortee includes advertising. By using the Service, you agree that ads may appear before or during content. Shortee is not responsible for third-party products or data practices.
Licensed filmmakers receive revenue under separate agreements. These arrangements do not create an employment relationship with Shortee. Viewers are not entitled to revenue for viewing content.
The Shortee name, logo, and software are the property of Shortee, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
If you believe your work appears on Shortee without authorization, submit a notice to: legal@myshortee.com.
Shortee may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease.
The Service is provided "as is." Shortee disclaims all warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Shortee is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Users may initiate account deletion directly within the App Settings or by contacting support@myshortee.com. Upon deletion, all personal data and unconsumed Tokens will be permanently removed, subject to legal retention requirements. Account deletion is permanent and results in the forfeiture of all unused digital goods.
